250g fresh strawberries
3 frozen bananas
2 heaped tablespoons Super Vegan Protein Banana Vanilla
100g vanilla coconut yoghurt
150ml oat milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Super Vegan Fitness Cashew Butter
For garnish
200g coconut cream
2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries
2 vegan digestive cookies, crushed (or finely chopped cashews)
Fresh strawberries
1. Wash and dry the strawberries and cut off the tops.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
3. Transfer to serving jars immediately and top with coconut cream, crushed cookies, freezedried
strawberries, and fresh strawberries.
