All prices on the Website include VAT (when applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time the information is entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice (except for changes affecting orders for which a Dispatch Confirmation has already been sent).

We always strive to ensure that the prices of goods displayed on the Website are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered by the User, the User will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to maintain the order at the correct price or cancel it. If the user chooses to cancel and has already paid for the goods (but they have not yet been dispatched), a full refund will be issued.

Payment can be made using any credit or debit card from major banking networks, Multibanco, MbWay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payment will be charged to your account (in €) before the goods are dispatched or the service is provided.

How does credit card payment work?

After selecting the credit card payment option and clicking "Complete Order", the customer will be redirected to the Redunicre page, where they must enter the required card details, including card number, expiry date, and security code, and click the "I validate my payment" button.

Orders placed by credit card are subject to confirmation by Unicre. If the request is declined, you should contact your bank or card issuer for further information.

Once the payment is completed, the amount will be charged to the customer’s credit card account. If, for any reason, we need to cancel all or part of the order, we will issue a refund within 5 working days.

Notice: Payments are always made in euros (except in the UK, where we convert to pounds), even when prices are displayed in other currencies. Some banks may charge currency conversion fees. Iswari is not responsible for such charges.

PayPal

PayPal is a secure payment method used worldwide. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Iswari does not store any PayPal account login details.

Google Pay

Google Pay is a digital payment method that allows you to make purchases quickly and securely using the cards linked to your Google account.

When selecting this option at checkout, you can confirm the payment directly on your device (mobile or computer) without manually entering your card details.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay allows you to make payments easily and securely using Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac).

When selecting this option, the payment is confirmed via Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode, ensuring a fast and secure experience.

I have a discount voucher. How can I use it?

At the final step of the checkout, before selecting the payment method, there is a field where you can enter your discount code.

The use of promotional codes is strictly subject to the terms and conditions under which they were issued, which may include conditions related to user eligibility or promotional effects.
