Recipe: Chocolate Chai Matcha Bliss Balls

Ingredients

1 cup cashews

1 cup desiccated coconut

1 tsp mixed spice

1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground cloves

½ tsp ground nutmeg

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

10 medjool dates (pitted)

4-5 tbsp Iswari cacao powder

Iswari Matcha powder to dust 


Method

1. Blitz the cashews and coconut in your food processor until they form a light crumb consistency.

2. Add the spices, salt, vanilla extract, dates and cacao powder and blend for a couple of minutes until the ingredients begin to stick together and form a dough.

3. Roll the dough into bliss balls (as small or large as you like)

4. Place some matcha powder in a bowl and roll the bliss balls in the powder to form a coating.

5. Coat the balls thinly or thickly in the matcha powder according to your taste preference.

6. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
