Recipe: Bliss Balls Cocoa and Hemp Seeds

Ingredients

20g walnuts

100g medjool dates

30g oats

20g (2 tbsp) ISWARI Cacao Powder

10g (1 tbsp) ISWARI Hemp Seeds

32g (2 tbsp) SVF Almond Butter


Method

Add everything to a high speed blender except for 10g of the cacao powder. Pulse a few times, scraping down the sides as you go.

Add a splash or two of plant milk if it refuses to blend.

You want a dough like consistency, but not overly smooth (walnut pieces are acceptable).

Add the 10g of cacao powder to a flat surface and roll a small ball from the blended mixture using your hands, then roll in the cacao powder, repeat until all bliss balls are done and coated (add more cacao powder if necessary).

Finally, enjoy! You can store these in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
