BCAA
Super Vegan Protein Salted Caramel & Ashwagandha provides 4.6g of BCCA (leucine, isoleucine and valine) per dose. These branched-chain amino acids are deemed essential as they are crucial for the organism. They are present in all the proteins of the body, mainly in the muscle tissue, as they are metabolised directly in the muscles and provide energy for doing activity.

Super Vegan Salted Caramel Protein and Ashwagandha should be taken after training. As protein helps in the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, it is right after exercising that muscles recover best when supplemented with protein.
Add 4 soup spoons (approximately 40g) of Super Vegan Protein to 300ml of water or vegetable drink, shake well and drink after your workout!
You can also add it to smoothies, porridge or pancakes.
