Sweet Potato and Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup (120gr) of SUPER VEGAN PANCAKE Sweet Potato & Cinnamon

½ cup (50gr) of gluten-free whole oatmeal

1 dessert spoon of yeast 

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

½ cup (90gr) of yellow sugar

1 cup (250ml) of oat drink

5 tablespoons (30gr) of coconut oil


Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Put all the dry ingredients in a container and wrap it with a wire rod.

Place the wet ingredients in another container and wrap.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients and involve again until you create a homogeneous mass without lumps.

Divide the dough into 14 muffin pans and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. (Optional: before going to the oven, add bits of dark chocolate and pumpkin seeds)

Your muffins are ready to be devoured at any time of your day.
