Red Berries, Açaí and Banana cream
For 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups of sugar-free oat drink
½ cup of SUPER VEGAN PROTEIN Banana and Vanilla with DigeZyme complex
1 cup frozen red berries
½ cup of chia seeds
1 tablespoon açaí powder
1 tablespoon rice jelly (optional)
Recipe:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until it smooth and creamy.
2. It is important that the chia seeds are well ground.
3. Place the cream in a container, in glasses or cups. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
It is an excellent alternative for breakfast, a snack, or even for dessert.
