“Ferrero” Protein Chocolate Mousse
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate mousse
350g silken tofu
100g Super Vegan Breakfast Carob & Hazelnut
70g pure maple syrup
50g Super Vegan Fitness Hazenut Butter
35g Iswari Cacao Powder
50ml plant-based milk
Garnish
100g fresh or frozen raspberries, defrosted
Chocolate or carob shavings
Chopped hazelnuts
METHOD
1. Add all of the ingredients for the mousse to a blender or food processor and blend for a few
minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
2. Mash the raspberries with a fork and add them to the bottom of 2 servings jars.
3. Spoon the chocolate mousse on top and garnish with chocolate or carob shavings and
chopped hazelnuts.
4. Serve straight away or chill for a couple of hours in the fridge before serving.
