Cacao and Almond Butter Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 dessertspoons of Cocao Powder Iswari
1 tablespoon of Maca Powder Iswari
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds
1 tablespoon of SVF Almond Butter
2 medjol dates
221gr banana
30gr SVP Chocolate & Lion’s Mane with Digezime
200ml almond plantbased milk
150ml water
Recipe:
1- Put all the ingredients in a blender and crush them until you get a creamy, lump-free shake.
2- Serve and consume preferably immediately.
