Also includes Digezyme® digestive enzymes, a complete multi-enzyme of five different digestive enzymes, which improves metabolic health, especially intestinal health, and helps reduce muscle soreness and weakness after doing eccentric physical exercise. Not to mention that maca root is an excellent source of physical and mental energy.

They are present in all the proteins of the body, mainly in the muscle tissue, as they are metabolised directly in the muscles and provide energy for doing activity.

Alto teor em proteínas, cerca de 160% DR. Contém o aminoácido essencial lisina numa percentagem superior à proteína de arroz. É especialmente adequada para o crescimento muscular, pois contém um elevado teor em BCCA. Os BCCA são três aminoácidos de cadeia ramificada, nomeadamente a leucina, a isoleucina e a valina, que o nosso organismo não produz e que apenas conseguimos adquirir através da alimentação ou suplementação.
O Digezyme® oferece maior facilidade e conforto no processo digestivo da proteína. Este complexo multi-enzimático (composto por cinco enzimas digestivas, de origem vegetal) melhora a saúde metabólica, em especial a saúde intestinal e contribui para a redução das dores e fraqueza musculares, após exercício físico excêntrico.
A Raiz de Maca possui alto teor em ferro, magnésio e cálcio, é uma excelente fonte de energia, promove a vitalidade do organismo e suporta a performance física e mental.
Resulta da moagem de amendoins torrados e de uma extração parcial da gordura. Este simples processo é nutricionalmente relevante pela diminuição do valor energético (kcal) deste fruto seco, mantendo o sabor, a fibra e aumentando a quantidade de proteína no produto final. Ajuda a reforçar o teor proteico da mistura (a farinha de amendoim possui 50g de proteína/100g).

Add 4 soup spoons (approximately 40g) of Super Vegan Protein to 300ml of water or vegetable drink, shake well and drink after your workout!
