Overnight Oats Lion's Mane
Ingredients:
12 tablespoons of gluten-free whole oat flakes
3 tablespoons of Chia Seeds Iswari
4 tablespoons of SVP Chocolate & Lion’s Mane with Digezime
250ml oat plantbased milk
125ml water
Toppings
Blueberries
Cacao Nibs Iswari
Skyr type vegetable yoghurt
Recipe:
1- Put all the ingredients in a jar, mix them well with a spoon so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed and wrapped.
2- Refrigerate overnight.
3- Remove from cold and divide into 3 portions.
4- Add the toppings and serve.
