Cacao Cookies
Ingredients:
130gr of SUPER VEGAN PANCAKE Cacao & Choco Chips
40gr of yellow sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of SV Almond Butter
25gr of gluten-free whole oatmeal
50gr of coconut oil
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place all dry ingredients in a container and wrap them with a spatula.
Add the oil and almond butter and knead with your hands until you create a smooth, easy-to-mould dough. If it's too wet add a little more oatmeal or SVP mix, if it's too dry add a little more of almond butter or oil.
Make little balls with the dough, place each little ball on the oven tray, previously lined with parchment paper or silicone base, and finally knead each little ball to form a cookie.
Bake for about 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place each cookie on the oven rack to cool them down without losing crunchiness.
Pack inside a tightly closed recipient.
