Bowl of Banana and Salted Caramel Smoothie
Ingredients:
3 bananas
1 tablespoon (30gr) of SUPER VEGAN PROTEIN Salted Caramel and Ashwagandha
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 dessert spoon maca powder
100ml of water or plant-based drink
Recipe:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until super creamy and homogeneous.
2. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Ideal for a super complete and satisfying post-workout meal.
