Recipe: Iced Matcha Latte with vanilla ice

Ingredients

4 teaspoons Matcha powder

60ml hot water (not boiling)

2 tablespoons agave or maple syrup

400ml almond milk

16 ice cubes

2 scoops vegan vanilla ice cream or vegan whipped cream, optional


Method

Add the matcha powder and hot water to a small bowl and whisk until lump-free and foamy.

Use a bamboo matcha whisk if you have one, or a regular whisk if not.

Divide the ice between your serving glasses.

Pour the almond milk over the ice.

Pour in the matcha and top with a scoop of ice cream or cream if using.
