1 small banana
1 cup almond milk
1 cup Iswari Gluten Free Raw Sprouted Oats
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp Iswari Maca Powder
1/4 cup Iswari Exotica (Coconut Sugar Coated Cacao Nibs)
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp Iswari Hemp Seeds
1 small teaspoon vanilla (or to taste)
Pinch of salt
Coconut oil
1. Mix the almond milk, banana, oats, buckwheat flour, almond butter, maca powder, vanilla, flaxseeds, hemp seeds and salt in a blender until a smooth pancake batter is formed.
2. Stir the Exotica into the mixture!
3. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and scoop in some of the mixture.
4. Cook in the coconut oil until the sides start to brown and then flip over.
