1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk full fat ( cold )
½ cup (50 g) unsweetened Cocoa Powder Iswari
½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
2 Tbs Agave Syrup Iswari
½ cup (35 g) soy milk powder or coconut milk powder both work great for this recipe
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups (780 g) ice cubes
glazing with Choc Shot
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Blend slowly increase speed to Variable 10, ( if you use Vitamix ) then to High. Use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
In about 45 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form.
3. Stop machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. ( If the four mounds do not form add more ice. )
Serve immediately and don’t forget to drizzle lots of Chocolate love
