250g frozen mango chunks
100g fresh or frozen pineapple
3 tbsp ISWARI Buddhas Awakening Mango Baobab
50ml passionfruit juice or orange juice
50ml plant-based milk
1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
2-3 passionfruit, for garnish
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt, for garnish
1. Add the mango, pineapple, Buddha’s Awakening Mango Baobab, passionfruit juice, plantbased milk, and vanilla extract to a blender and blitz until smooth.
2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of passionfruit to the bottom of 2 serving jars, followed by a tablespoon of coconut yoghurt.
3. Pour the smoothie mixture into the serving glasses and serve immediately.
