50g of Wrap Instant Mix
100ml of water or vegetable drink
1 c. cider vinegar or lemon juice

Seitan slices
Mix the mix and water until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture.
Place the dough in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 2 minutes over medium-low heat, or until the bottom is loose and golden.
Prepare the taco with thin slices of seitan, red cabbage, cucumber sticks and diced tomatoes.
