¼ cup of buckwheat flour
2 tablespoons of Super Vegan Protein Iswari
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of xanthan gum
1 banana
1 egg
1 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
Sliced fruit
Iswari Goji Berries
Raw Isabari Cacao Nibs
Honey
In a bowl, add buckwheat flour, Super Vegan Protein Iswari, cinnamon, xanthan gum and mix well.
Crush a banana and leave it aside.
In another bowl, break 1 egg, add 1 cup of almond milk, the crushed banana and 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil.
Stir well, add the dry mixture and mix again.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Each pancake requires about 1 tablespoon and ½ of mixture
Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until bubbles are formed.
Add sliced fruit, Iswari Goji berries, Iswari Cacao Nibs and honey.
