Ingredients
Chia Pudding:
2 tbsp Chia Seeds Iswari
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
⅓ cup soya milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pure maple syrup
Berry Smoothie:
2½ cups frozen strawberries
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp Super Vegan Protein Red Berries & Goji with Digezyme
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Toppings:
Strawberries, raspberries and blackberries
Chia Pudding:
1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well using a fork. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes, stir again and add maple syrup to taste. Set aside until ready to use.
Smoothie:
1. Take the frozen strawberries out of the freezer and allow them to thaw slightly for 15 minutes.
2. Add the strawberries your blender along with the banana, red berry protein and coconut yoghurt and blend for a few minutes until smooth.
Garnish
1. Add some of the chia pudding to a bowl along with the smoothie mixture. Top with fresh berries
of your choice and serve immediately!
