160g fresh strawberries (plus extra for garnish)
160g silken tofu (firm)
50g Iswari Awakening Bowl Carob & Banana
50g vanilla coconut yogurt
30ml pure maple syrup
1. Wash and dry the strawberries and cut off the tops.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
3. Thinly slice a few strawberries and arrange them on the inside of 2 serving jars.
4. Pour the mousse into the jars and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
5. Serve with additional strawberries and carob or chocolate curls.
