110gr wholemeal spelt flour
20gr Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
170gr Coconut Sugar
120g unsweetened vegetable drink
Chocolate chips
Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Add the vegetable drink and stir again with a whisk until you have a uniform, lump-free dough. Pour into a small rectangular tin, previously greased with coconut oil or other oil, place the chocolate chips on top and bake for about 20 minutes at 180ºC.
Unmould once cold and cut into squares. Serve with cashew butter on top.
