Recipe: Salad Of Grilled Vegetables With Tofu And Hemp Seeds

Ingredients

1 large tomato 

1/2 zucchini 

1/4 orange pepper 

125g smoked tofu 

1 teaspoon Iswari hemp seeds 

Salt 

Pepper 

Olive oil 

Balsamic Vinegar 

Dried oregano 


Method

1. Cut the tomato in half, the courgette in thin slices and the pepper in strips.

2. On a very hot grill, grill them until tender. Grill the smoked tofu in slices sprinkled with dried oregano.

3. Place the vegetables in a bowl and add the tofu.

4. Sprinkle with oregano and hemp seeds and season with salt, oil and balsamic vinegar
