Recipe: Salad Bowl with Hemp Seeds

Ingredients

1 avocado

1 sweet potato

1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds

1 carrot

1 smoked tofu



Method

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes. Roast in the oven with a little oil for 25 minutes at 180°C.

Cut the avocado into slices and the carrot into spirals.

In a bowl add the different ingredients, the tofu cut into pieces and sprinkle with the hemp seeds.
