50 grams of rice
150 ml of water
60 ml non-dairy milk
1 coffee spoon of coconut oil
2-3 tablespoons of Buddha's Awakening Raspberry
1 tablespoon of agave syrup
A hand full of fresh raspberries, mushed with a fork

1 - Add 150ml to a pan to boil;
2 - Wash the rice in a strainer;
3 - When the water starts to boil, add the rice and stir;
4 - Let the rice cook, without stiring for 10 min or until the water evaporates almost completly;
5 - Add the non-dairy milk and the coconut oil and let it cook for 3 more minutes.
6 - Serve in a bowl, add the mushed mullberries, the agave syrup and toppings as you like. Enjoy!
