1 cup Pancake & Waffle mix Beetroot and Raspberry Iswari
1 cup plantbased milk
6-8 squares vegan white chocolate
1 cup fresh raspberries
1. In a large bowl mix together the pancake mix and plantbased milk. Whisk until combined.
2. Meanwhile heat some vegetable or coconut oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
3. Use a spoon or ice-cream scoop to add the batter to the frying pan and cook each pancake
for 2-3 minutes until they start to bubble, then flip and cook for another minute on the
opposite side.
4. While still warm, stack the pancakes with a square of vegan white chocolate between each
layer.
5. Serve with fresh raspberries.
