Ingredients

1 1/2 bananas

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup water

1/2 tsp mixed spice

1 tbsp nut butter

2 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 tbsp Iswari Super Vegan Protein


Method

2. Blend all of the above ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.
