2 big tbsps of Iswari super vegan protein powder
2 tbsps of buckwheat flour
2 tbsps of oat flour
Pinch of salt
0.5 cup of non-dairy milk or water
Toppings:
Soy yogurt
Raspberries
Red currants
Chopped walnut
1 - Firstly add the dry ingredients into a bowl, combine them together and then slowly add the liquid to the dry ingredients.
2 - Mix it consistently while you add the liquid to the dry ingredients to avoid lumps, add as much non-dairy milk or water as needed until it will have a pancake batter consistency.
3 - Then pour 2 big tbsps of batter at a time to a preheated non-stick pan.
