Recipe: Porridge Of Quinoa

Ingredients

 3 tablespoons Iswari White Quinoa

 100ml of water

 150ml sugar-free almond drink

 1 teaspoon Iswari Omega-3 blend

 Zest of 1 lemon

 1 pinch of salt


Method

  1.  Put the quinoa in a saucepan with water, salt and the zest of a lemon. Leave to cook and when the water starts to evaporate, remove the lemon and add the almond drink. Cook over low heat until the mixture begins to become creamy. Mix the omega-3 mixture, pour the porridge into a bowl and serve.
