1 1⁄2 cups plant-based milk (I used almond)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp solid coconut oil (or use 2 tbsp melted)
1 banana
1 tsp chia seeds
1 1⁄2 cups Iswari Peanut butter banana GF oats
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of cinnamon to taste
TOPPINGS
Sliced banana
Pecans
Maple syrup
1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth.
2. Heat a frying pan to a medium-high heat and add a little coconut oil to the pan.
3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the pancake batter per pancake into the pan.
4. Allow to cook for 1 minute or until the batter starts to bubble, then flip over and
repeat on the other side.
5. Repeat until you have used of all of the pancake batter
6. Once cooked you can keep the pancakes under the grill on a very low heat to
keep them warm.
7. Garnish with banana, pecans and a generous helping of maple syrup and enjoy!
