350g frozen sliced peaches
150ml plant based milk
150g coconut yoghurt or vegan Greek-style yoghurt, plus extra for garnish
2 heaped tablespoons Super Vegan Protein
1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar, plus extra for garnish
Pinch of grond cinnamon
1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
2. Transfer to a serving glasses and top with coconut yoghurt, fresh peach wedges and a
sprinkle of coconut sugar.
