1. To make the base, add the oat flakes and salt to your food processor and blitz to a fine crumb.
2. Add the dates, peanut butter and water and blend until combined and the mixture forms a
dough like consistency.
3. Roll the dough into balls (approx 40g each), and push into the centre making a “well” for the
filling.
4. Add half a teaspoon of peanut butter and a sprinkle of freeze dried raspberries to the centre of
the dough and roll it into a ball.
5. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture.
6. To garnish, roll the bliss balls in raspberry powder.
7. Roll the balls in the strawberry powder and serve.
8. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
