150ml coconut yoghurt
2 ½ tbsp Iswari Cacao Hazelnut oats
3 tbsp frozen wild blueberries
5 extra tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave (optional)
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
Garnish
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
1. Add the oats and 150ml coconut yoghurt and maple syrup/agave if using to a bowl and stir well. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining coconut yoghurt with the frozen blueberries.
3. Add a layer of fresh blueberries to the bottom of your serving glass.
4. Top with half the blueberry yoghurt mixture.
5. Top with the cacao hazelnut oat mixture.
6. Add the remaining blueberry yoghurt.
7. Garnish with fresh blueberries, chopped hazelnuts and dark chocolate chunks.
