Recipe: Noodles of Zucchini With Avocado And Moringa Sauce

Ingredients

 75g cherry tomatoes

 1 zucchini

 1 handful of basil leaves

INGREDIENTS - FOR THE AVOCADO SAUCE

 1/2 avocado

 Juice of 1/2 lemon

 1 tablespoon of olive oil

 1 teaspoon Iswari Moringa powder

 1 small clove of garlic

 Salt

 Pepper


Method

  1.  Wash the zucchini well and cut into spaghetti. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the zucchini.
  2.  Puree the avocado with a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients to the sauce and blend again until you obtain a creamy paste. Add the avocado cream to the zucchini and tomato mixture and sprinkle with freshly chopped basil leaves.
