A refreshing and delicious smoothie with all the health benefits but none of the “green” flavour!
2 cups spinach
2 cups coconut water
3 medjool dates (pitted)
2 cups frozen mango chunks
3 frozen sliced bananas
2 tbsp Iswari Moringa powder
1⁄2 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla powder
4 large mint leaves
1. Add the spinach, coconut water and pitted dates to your high speed blender and blend until smooth without lumps.
2. Add the frozen mango chunks and frozen banana, continue to blend starting at a low speed until everything is smooth.
3. Lastly add the moringa powder, vanilla bean paste and mint leaves and blend on high speed until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
4. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one day.
