2 bananas, sliced and frozen overnight
100g frozen pineapple
1 tablespoon Matcha
200ml vanilla oat milk
1 tablespoon Cashew butter, plus extra for topping
Fresh berries, for topping
Cacao nibs, for topping
1. Add the banana slices, pineapple, matcha, oat milk, and one tablespoon of cashew butter to a high-speed blender or food processor and blitz for a few minutes until smooth and creamy.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with fresh strawberries, more cashew butter and a sprinkle of exotica.
