1 cup of oat flour
1 tbsp of Iswari maca powder
Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
0.5 cup of water or non-dairy milk
Toppings:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
Almond butter
1 - Add the dry ingredients to a bowl, combine them together and then slowly add the liquid to the dry ingredients.
2 - Mix the batter consistently and add as much liquid as runny you want your pancake batter to be.
3 - Then pour around 3 tbsps of batter at a time to a preheated non-stick pan.
(You can make around 3-4 medium sized pancakes from this recipe.)
