¼ cup ISWARI Little Buddha Banapple
1/2 cup applesauce
1 egg
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of xanthan gum

1. Mix the dry ingredients (xanthan gum, Little Buddha and cinnamon) in a bowl;
2. In a separate bowl, mix the liquid ingredients (almond milk, applesauce, melted coconut oil and egg);
3. Then add the dry mixture to the liquid mixture and mix;
4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat;
5. Each pancake takes about 1 ½ tablespoons of dough.
6. Cook about 2 minutes on each side.
7. Serve with fruit to taste, peanut butter, healthy chocolate sauce or honey, etc.
