Recipe: High Protein Carrot Cake Oatmeal

Ingredients

15g (1/2 scoop) SVF Protein Salted Caramel Ashwagandha 

80g fine oats

300ml soy milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp Mix Omega 3 Iswari

1 carrot

1 ripe banana

16g (1 tbsp) SVF Almond Butter


Method

Shred the carrot and add together with the oats and milk to a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and let it cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the protein powder, cinnamon and omega 3 mix. Stir to combine. Pour into a bowl and add the sliced banana and almond butter as a topping.
