Recipe: Healthy Raspberry Bliss Balls

Ingredients

1 mug of Awakening Bowl Raspberry

1 mug of shredded coconut

1 mug of freeze-dried strawberry powder or pieces, plus 1 mug for garnish (You can also substitute raspberry powder or pieces)

1 tablespoon solid coconut oil

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste

2 tablespoons water


Method

Add the pint of Raspberry Buddha's, the shredded coconut, the pint of dried strawberry powder or pieces to your food processor and blend until you have a fine paste.

Add the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla paste and blend for another minute.

Then add the water and blend again until the mixture has the consistency of a dough.

If you're using dried strawberry pieces, first put them through a food processor until they turn into powder. Put the strawberry powder on a plate.

With the dough, make 25g balls with your hands. Place the balls on the plate and coat them in the strawberry powder.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
