1 cup hazelnuts
2 TBS Cacao Powder Iswari
2 TBS Agave Nectar Syrup Iswari
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/2 cup and 1 TBS Cacau Nibs Iswari
️1 TBS coconut oil
190g Smooth Peanut Butter Iswari
White Hemp Protein Powder Iswari ( for healthier bliss balls )
1️-Place hazelnuts in food processor, process until hazelnuts are chopped into small pieces. Now add cacao powder, agave syrup, vanilla extract , salt and 1/2 TBS chocolate chips and pulse until ingredients all stick together. If mixture is too dry add 1 tsp water at a time until mixture holds together well enough to form into balls
2️-Roll mixture into bite sized balls and insert a hazelnut into the centre of each and form ball around it. This step is optional but makes them taste more like a Ferrero Rocher.
3️-Now prepare the chocolate coating . In a microwave place the chocolate chips with 1 TBS coconut oil in heat proof jars -covered for about 3 minutes.
4-Chop a few more hazelnuts to roll each ball in the mixture to coat outside. let it cool for 5 minutes in the fridge and you can enjoy your homemade Ferrero Rocher .
Store them in the fridge for later!
