Recipe: Healthy Berry Bliss Balls

Ingredients

1 cup AWAKENING BOWL RASPBERRY

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup freeze dried strawberry powder or pieces, plus 1 cup for garnish (you can also sub for raspberry powder/pieces)

1 tbsp coconut oil, solid

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste

2 tbsp water


Method

  1. Add the awakening bowl, shredded coconut, cup of dried strawberry powder or pieces to your food processor and blitz to a fine crumb consistency.
  2. Add in the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla bean paste and bltiz for another minute.
  3. Lastly add in the water and blend again until the mixture sticks together to form a dough consistency.
  4. If you are using dried strawberry pieces for the garnish, blend them in the food processor first until the reach a powdery consistency. Pour the strawberry powder out onto a dinner plate.
  5. Roll the dough into little 25g balls using your hands. Place the dough balls on the plate and roll them in the strawberry powder to coat them.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
