1. Add the gluten-free oats and water to your high speed blender. Blend on high speed for 3-4
minutes until completely combined.
2. Prepare a large bowl by placing a colander/sieve on top of it lined with some cheesecloth/
muslin or a nut milk bag. Note: you can also use a fine mesh sieve as there shouldn’t be too
many particles in the milk once it has been blended thoroughly.
3. If using a cheesecloth/muslin/nut milk bag, allow most of the mixture to pass through the
material and then squeeze the excess out of the bag using your hands.
4. Transfer the oat milk into an airtight bottle and store in the fridge.
5. Shake well before use, as natural separation may occur, and consume within 3-5 days.
