1 can chickpeas- rinsed and drained
1 tbsp tahini
Juice from half a lemon
Generous pinch of salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 ripe avocado
3 tbsp Iswari Super Green Vegan Protein
Splash of water
1 clove garlic- crushed
1. Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve with fresh veggies, on toast or alongside your favourite salad.
