Recipe: Falafel Crackers

Ingredients

2 cups Faláfel Bio

2/3 cup water

Rice or corn flour to roll out the dough


Method

Mix the water with the falafel mix. The dough should have a mouldable texture that doesn't stick to your hands.

Sprinkle a silicon mat or baking paper with the flour of your choice and place the dough on it. Cover with greaseproof paper and roll out the dough using a rolling pin.

Cut out the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 12 minutes or until they are golden and crispy!
