Recipe: Easy Raspberry Oatmeal

Ingredients

8 tbsp Iswari Peanut Butter Raspberry GF Oats

2 tbsp Iswari Chia Seeds

236ml almond milk

Maple syrup, to taste

2 tbsp raspberry jam

1 tbsp Iswari Peanut Butter

Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Iswari Goji Berries, for garnish



Method

Add the gluten-free oats and chia seeds to a large bowl. Pour in the almond milk and whisk

well. Cover for 5 minutes, then whisk again.

Add maple syrup to taste, then cover for another 15-20 minutes.

Whisk well and pour into serving bowls.

Swirl the raspberry jam into the porridge using a spoon.

Top with fresh raspberries, goji berries, and peanut butter.
