Recipe: Creamy Açai Bowl

Ingredients

3-4 frozen bananas (sliced or cut into chunks before freezing) 

1 cup frozen blueberries 

1 cup frozen blackberries 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1 tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup 

1 cup coconut water 

2 tbsp Iswari acai powder 


Garnish 

2 tbsp peanut butter 

Fresh blackberries 

Fresh blueberries


Method

1. Add the frozen bananas, blueberries, blackberries, vanilla extract, coconut nectar and coconut water to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the Iswari acai powder and blend further for 30 seconds.

3. Transfer to your serving bowl and garnish with peanut butter and fresh berries.
