Recipe: Chlorella Smoothie

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Chlorella powder

2 frozen bananas

1/2 cup frozen mango cubes

1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks

100g vegan yoghurt

100ml almond milk


Method

1. Add the chlorella powder, frozen fruit, almond milk and half of the yoghurt to a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick for your liking.

2. Swirl the remaining yoghurt around the inside of a serving glass.

3. Pour in the smoothie and serve immediately.
