Pudding:
3 tablespoons Iswari Chia seeds
100ml rice drink
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Jelly:
1 handful frozen raspberries
50ml rice and coconut drink
One lemon juice
1 tablespoon Iswari Omega 3 Mix
Toppings:
Homemade granola
Fresh raspberries
Pudding:
1 - Mix the ingredients of the pudding list
2 - Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes
Jelly:
1- Mix all the ingredients
2- Depending on the texture you want, put more or less drink
3- Put the mix in the fridge while the pudding solidifies.
4- Make layers with the pudding and jelly and, at the end, add the toppings.
