3.5 tablespoons of Chia seeds
1 cup (250 ml) of vegetable drink
1/3 cup of apple puree
½ tablespoon of Iswari’s Super Green Protein
Shavings of lemon peel
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract (optional)
1. Put the chia seeds and the vegetable drink in a glass jar with lid. Close it and shake it very well until the chia seeds are mixed with the drink.
2. Store in the refrigerator overnight (to rehydrate the chia seeds).
3. In the morning, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and… voilá! Breakfast is ready to be eaten.
4. As a topping, in this case, I added grated coconut, shavings of lemon peel and Iswari’s raw chocolate: a perfect combination.
